If you already have booking in place – these will still be taking place – however we can’t facilitate any new bookings Due to Rychelle being on MATT LEAVE. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
MINIMUM SPEND – Please note we have a $50 minimum spend – A handling fee of $60 is added to all bookings + a cleaning fee (which will be based on the items hired) + A standard bond of $250 + GST, which is returned in full after all items are returned back – pending no loss or damage
FOR ALL FUTURE BOOKINGS – Please complete your quote request below. We will come back to you with a formal quote and item availability as soon as possible. When you have received your formal quote with item availability from us and agree to move forward – you will be required to read our t&c’s + sign and provide banking & cc details (for bonds to be returned back to) in order to secure your booking and be provided a invoice to you for you to make payment.
We receive multiple enquires on a daily basis. Even though you may receive a quote with the items you have requested – this does not mean they are allocated to you only, they may be only other clients quote bookings also. No items are secured until a deposit is paid and it is unfortunately first in basis with booking. Please note that there is every chance that items may be no longer available come your time of booking if you do not get back to us in a short time frame.
PLEASE NOTE OUR BOOKINGS FOR DIY HIRE CLOSE OFF 1 MONTH PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE. We may accept late requests if availability allows, but rush fees apply – $60 for small bookings, $150 for larger bookings.

Our collection days are Thursdays 12pm – 5pm.
Our return days are Mondays 9am – 12pm – Please note there will be late fees charged if not returned back in the time frame.
We are closed on weekends.
If your event falls mid week – please to let us know at the time of booking so we can accommodate another day for collection.
Postage N/A. We are an Australian based business and operate from Jannali NSW. We do not allow our products to be hired or posted outside of our state. Collection is DIY.
COLLECTION – is from our premises in Jannali NSW ( 30mins south of Sydney Airport) We are a DIY HIRE business. meaning Pick up and Drop back is to be done by you or a nominated person of your choice.
DELIVERY – is an option for Booking when the hire is $1000 or more – cleaning/ handling fess/ delivery charges and bond/GST is additional costs added on. However please note we are a very small company and this is done through a 3rd party supplier based on their availability. Please enquire further, as all quotes are for DIY (do it yourself)
